 * Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Navigation Components, and Android Jetpack libraries.
 * Strong understanding of MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture patterns.
 * Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, Room Database, Hilt, Dagger, and RESTful APIs.
 * Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior developers.
 * Experience conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.
 * Strong understanding of mobile application security, performance tuning, and scalability.
 * Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills., * Experience leading Android development teams or serving as a Technical Lead.
 * Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Push Notifications.
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
 * Knowledge of mobile security best practices and OWASP standards.
 * Experience publishing and maintaining applications in the Google Play Store.
