* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field preferred
 * Experience with Dotmatics or a related Dotmatics product.
 * Strong SQL and Oracle database experience.
 * Proficiency in R and/or Python.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Work closely with biologists and scientists to set up, configure, and troubleshoot Dotmatics protocols and workflows.
 * Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Dotmatics and scientific data workflows.
 * Optimize Oracle database performance, including SQL queries and database processes.
 * Develop applications, tools, and data solutions for Chemistry and Biology teams.
 * Use SQL, R, and/or Python to analyze and manage scientific data.
 * Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to understand requirements and develop practical solutions.
 * Support improvements to laboratory data workflows, reporting, and data accessibility
