The P eo ple Systems & Proces s an alys t serves as a senior functional resource for UKG Pro and related HR systems across the employee lifecycle. This position is responsible for system configuration, reporting, data integrity, testing, process improvement, and cross-functional issue resolution, while technical platform ownership, infrastructure, and system architecture remain within the Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate is a proactive builder who takes initiative, identifies process improvement opportunities, and partners across HR and technical teams to create scalable HRIS solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience., * Configure, administer, and optimize UKG Pro and related HR systems, including workflows, forms, fields, business rules, tables, notifications, and other functional system settings to support efficient and scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle. * Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS support, providing functional triage, complex issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and escalation management as needed. Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable system or process solutions to reduce repeated manual intervention. * Serve as a key functional resource for employee data transactions, organizational structure changes, business process support, and HR systems troubleshooting. * Develop, maintain, validate, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, data extracts, and workforce analytics for HR leadership and business stakeholders. Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting, scheduled distribution, alerts, and exception-based reporting. * Monitor and resolve data quality issues through audits, reconciliations, exception reporting, and root-cause analysis across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and related systems.
