Experteer Overview In this onsite role, you shape Ground-Based Radar systems within the Missile Defense Sensors group, translating requirements into robust architectures. You will work with cross-functional teams to modernize GBR capabilities and ensure system-level performance aligns with operational goals. Your work directly impacts advanced radar solutions used for defense missions. This position offers hands-on design and collaboration in a mission-driven environment with a focus on engineering excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the development of GBR architectures and requirements * Contribute to framework updates, system-of-systems requirements, and verification approaches * Perform requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithms * Collaborate with software and integration/test engineers to deliver radar solutions Tasks * STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience * Experience with Radar Systems or MBSE/Cameo * MATLAB (OO programming) and/or Linux
