## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support hospital operations by developing streamlined pathways, data collection, and reporting using appropriate tools and programming languages. You will participate in planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of department- and hospital-driven initiatives. You'll document design decisions, workflows, and training materials while ensuring timely project delivery. You'll work with cross-functional teams to elevate data quality and system performance, contributing to patient care improvements.
