You act as a bridge between merchants, operations, and product/tech to maximize growth, engagement, and efficiency. You will shift from reactive support to proactive enablement, building self-service and scalable tools to help merchants adopt platform capabilities. This position is based in Austin or Miami with hybrid work expectations and close cross-functional collaboration.
