## Description

Experteer Overview As Senior Director, you will shape Novo Nordisk Inc.'s real world data, informatics, and science strategy to support local market needs. You will lead the CDSE function within the CMR umbrella, partnering with cross-functional teams to align with enterprise and global priorities. You will mentor leaders, drive adoption of data-driven approaches, and engage with external KOLs and industry bodies to advance real world evidence. This role offers impact across research, strategy, and external collaboration in a fast-evolving healthcare landscape.
