Engineering Delivery and Technical Execution * Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications using Java, Spring Boot, and distributed system architectures. * Perform hands-on software development, solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support for business-critical applications. * Lead integration efforts across enterprise systems and vendor platforms while promoting reusable services, API-first design principles, and scalable technology solutions. * Evaluate emerging technologies and establish modernization strategies that improve developer productivity, scalability, security, and operational effectiveness. Standards, Reliability, and Operational Excellence * Provide technical leadership on application architecture, engineering standards, cloud strategy, modernization roadmaps, and software development best practices. * Define and enforce engineering standards, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD frameworks, and Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles across development teams. * Drive adoption of observability, monitoring, automation, resiliency, and performance engineering capabilities to improve platform stability, operational efficiency, and service availability.
