Desired Requirements: * Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts in both written and oralform. * Propensity for engaging in proactive issue discovery and resolution actions andactivities. * Measurement experience in one or more of the following areas, signal generators, Signal analyzers, I/Q generation, time domain analysis and vector network analysis * Experience working in a manufacturing and/or product developmentrole. * Experience in Statistical Analysis, Six Sigma and process improvement * Ability to formulate, implement and debug measurement algorithms in modern, object-oriented test developmentenvironments. * Proficient in calculating measurementuncertainties. ## Description As an NPI Engineer, you will apply your Electrical Engineering and measurement knowledge to a variety of focused hands-on projects. You will be part of an instrumental product development team that designs, develops, and tests RF and microwave test equipment. We are looking for a self-motivated engineer who thrives in a fast-paced development environment and is equally comfortable writing production test code as well as troubleshooting HW issues. The ideal candidate is one who is equally comfortable with hands-on hardware testing and software development/test automation.
