Preferred experience: * + Experience in construction, project-based operations, or related industries. * + Working knowledge of project delivery, contracts, risk management, cost control, scheduling, and operational workflows. * + Experience building onboarding academies, role-based development programs, professional certification pathways, or large-scale workforce development initiatives ## Description The Senior Functional Training Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that build core project management, contract, risk, and operational capabilities across the Construction Division. This role partners with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to ensure employees are equipped with the practical knowledge and tools needed to deliver projects successfully, reduce risk exposure, and drive consistent execution.
