## Description

The SAP Business Systems Analyst provides project management, support, process improvement identification and implementation, maintenance and training focusing on the Business Applications for Sales (SAP, CPQ (E2Q), eCommerce)., * Consult for the business in Sales processes including Customer Relationship Management, Configure Price Quote and SAP Order Fulfillment.

 * Provide end-to-end, 2nd level process support and serve as a contact for key users.
 * User Incident, Request, and Demand Management.
 * Drive continuous improvement activities and projects.
 * Member of the S4HANA Project Team to drive and support the successful implementation globally.
 * Build the Business Application Key User community and be the link to business process manager and IT Architects in the central department.
 * Develop and maintain key user training documentation and provide training to all new key users and existing key users as necessary.
 * Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
 * Weekends on-call may be required.
