Data Architect Healthcare Domain, OTLP Modelling ## Description * Data Architecture & OTLP Modeling Design and maintain enterprise-wide OTLP (Operational Transactional and Longitudinal Patient) data models for healthcare applications. * Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting patient, provider, claims, pharmacy, and clinical data domains. * Create scalable architectures that support real-time, batch, and longitudinal healthcare data processing. Define data standards, metadata frameworks, and master data management strategies. * Drive data lake, data warehouse, and healthcare data platform architectures. * Healthcare Data Integration Architect solutions integrating data from: EHR/EMR systems Claims platforms Pharmacy systems Laboratory systems Care management solutions Design data ingestion frameworks leveraging HL7, FHIR, X12, CDA, and other healthcare interoperability standards. * Collaborate with integration teams to establish end-to-end healthcare data flows. * Cloud Data Platform Architecture Design modern healthcare data platforms on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. * Architect scalable solutions using: Databricks Snowflake Azure Synapse Delta Lake Data Lakehouse architectures Define enterprise data storage and processing strategies.
