Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # MarTech Solutions Architect - **Company:** NATIVE AI LLC - **Location:** United States (Remote available) - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Artificial Intelligence, Customer Data Management, Extract Transform Load (ETL), JSON, Automation of Marketing, Shopify, SQL Databases, Klaviyo Email and SMS Marketing, Scripting, AWS Lambda, Magento, Tealium, Virtual Agents - **Published:** August 11, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.builtincolorado.com/company/apply-digital ## About the Role * Experience determining cross-platform technical requirements for tools across the MarTech stack. * Has platform experience designing and implementing solutions within Segment, Rudderstack, mParticle, Tealium, or similar CDPs. * Has technical experience configuring automated campaigns and journeys within Lifecycle marketing tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io, or similar platforms. * Has experience with other tools across the MarTech stack, including analytics, enrichment, and attribution. * Understands multi/omnichannel transactional and marketing messaging. * Understands marketing attribution and can audit platform integrations and attribution data. * Proficient with JSON or SQL/data modeling best practices. * Experience in data activation using reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census. * Proficient with scripting languages and lambda functions. * Has the ability to clearly articulate/present technical topics to a non-technical audience. * Has superior written skills, epic organization, email etiquette, and communication skills. * Is a people person. Has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment. * Has excellent attention to detail, with the ability to read through emails and documents, and fully take in all information and break it down into tasks. * Is a self-starter and motivated. * Platform experience with Shopify or Magento. ## Description Lead end-to-end implementations of CDP, CRM, and marketing automation systems; design MarTech stacks; write technical requirements; guide engineers and PMs; run migrations and optimizations; provide marketing analytics, attribution audits, and journey mapping support., * Guiding an implementation for a CDP (such as Hightouch or Segment) and/or Marketing Automation system (such as Braze or Iterable) from beginning to end, leading the documentation and planning process, all the way through writing requirements for the implementation of the actual code. * Recognize opportunities and solutions to key business challenges through technology, recommending additional tools and providing guidance on getting more value out of current tools, along with designing entire Martech stacks from scratch. * Provide specifications and requirements for the internal technical team, working with the technical project manager and engineers to ensure a successful outcome. * Leading implementation projects and consistently communicating on project deliverables with clients. * Acting as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on certain sales presentations and standup meetings with clients, with the ability to speak confidently about their deliverables, ideas, and best practices. * Marketing analytics and reporting support as needed. Understanding user journeys, marketing automation, and customer data. * Understand multi/omnichannel transactional and marketing messaging. * A good understanding of user states, events, and user journey mapping.
