## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, develop, and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC development, scripting, and UI Builder, with the ability to develop scalable and user-friendly solutions that support enterprise risk and compliance initiatives., * Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM development.

 * 5+ Years of ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in GRC/IRM implementations.
 * Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting and custom application development.
 * Experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
 * Experience using Claude for ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow automation, troubleshooting
 * Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
 * Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

## Description

* ServiceNow GRC (IRM) Development
 * ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Glide APIs)
 * Claude
 * UI Builder
 * JavaScript, * Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications and workflows.
 * Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and ServiceNow Workspace technologies.
 * Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
 * Leverage Claude to accelerate ServiceNow GRC/IRM development, solution design, scripting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation
 * Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related GRC modules.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Develop integrations with enterprise systems using ServiceNow APIs and integration frameworks.
 * Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
 * Support deployment, upgrades, and production releases.
 * Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
