* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related work experience
 * Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
 * Advanced knowledge with Windows 10 and 11
 * Experience with networking preferred
 * Work & learn independently
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
 * Multi-tasking abilities and thorough follow-up required
 * Strong organizational and time management skills required
 * Must be able to pass a background screen, and a drug screen

## Description

Responsible for providing IT related support to internal customers to minimize operational disruption. Contributes to and supports the goals of the department and the organization., * Provides various technical support to end users by investigating and resolving software and hardware problems.

 * Advanced technical issues involving Microsoft's full suite business applications and operating systems.
 * Analyze and resolve network performance issues.
 * Contributes and maintains accurate documentation to provide consistent solutions.
 * Assists with projects, tasks, and planning.
 * Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

 * Does not directly supervise any employees
