Experteer Overview As a Staff Backend Engineer at Weave you help shape the future of healthcare technology by building scalable, high-performance backend services. You will design and lead cloud-native Golang microservices, collaborate across teams in the US and India, and drive architectures that improve reliability and payment processing at scale. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic impact, mentoring peers and guiding multi-team initiatives. You'll work in a mission-driven environment focused on elevating the patient experience through efficient practice operations.
