## Description

Experteer Overview As a Data Scientist at Ford, you will apply domain expertise across data science disciplines to tackle complex manufacturing problems where standard methods fall short. You will design production-grade solutions, guide methodology and tooling choices, and partner with stakeholders to translate insights into strategic actions. You'll work directly with manufacturing teams to source data, validate hypotheses, and deliver actionable models for use on the factory floor. You will mentor junior staff, elevate best practices, and help shape Ford's data-driven culture and roadmap.
