## Description

Experteer Overview As Director, Event Technology II you lead a high-performing venue team to maximize revenue and profitability while delivering World-Class service. You will manage a multi-million dollar operation, shaping event technology solutions and coordinating with venue partners to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences. You influence both operations and sales, driving improvements and big-picture planning. This role offers impact through operational excellence, team development, and close collaboration with regional leadership to elevate Encore's venue partnerships.
