## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade financial systems within HealthEquity's evolving tech platform. You will guide multiple teams, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards to support growth and reliability. You'll influence architecture, drive modernization of finance platforms, and apply AI-driven productivity to improve efficiency. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role at the intersection of technology, product, and business.
