Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), Job Description The Primary goal of this SOW is to help configure Coreview workflows, permissions, documentation and other requirements needed to help the State of Missouri transition to M365. a. The SOW Contracted resources should have experience working in a state government or equivalent organizational level IT environment. b. The SOW contracted resources should have experience with the SOMAD/Exchange environment. * Process requests to create, modify and delete Active Directory accounts. * Process requests to create, modify and remove access to applications and resources in the State's network via group memberships. * Process requests to create, modify and delete e-mail, resource, contacts and distribution groups in the Exchange management console. * Create and maintain documentation for assigned areas. * Assist other IT teams with troubleshooting access to various resources within the network. * Ensure standardization, compliance and enforcement of policies and daily operating, Accountability
