## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you bridge business and IT to support, enhance, and evolve core ERP and manufacturing systems on IBM i (AS/400) with a focus on BPCS. You'll work across Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations to translate requirements into technical solutions, provide hands-on RPGLE development, and ensure system stability and continuous improvement. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape integrations and reporting, delivering tangible impact on production and financial processes. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a mission-critical enterprise environment.
