Experteer Overview As Senior Engineering Manager for the Payroll Platform, you guide a high-impact backing team building the core payroll infrastructure and workflows. You will shape scalable platform design to support payroll processing, approvals, and corrections, influencing Rippling's growth and product trajectory. You'll bridge Onboarding and Payroll Processing to deliver a cohesive Run Management layer. This is an opportunity to lead top engineering talent and drive reliable, enterprise-grade systems that power global HR operations.
