## Description

Experteer Overview As Manager, People Data Governance, you build the foundation for scalable people data to empower leaders to make smarter, faster decisions. You will own the single source of truth for workforce metrics and partner across teams to translate requirements into robust data standards. This foundational role prioritizes data quality, privacy, and governance while enabling trusted reporting and self-service analytics. You'll shape how VEG scales its people data to support its hospital network and VEGgies.
