You will support day-to-day data entry, document control, and record maintenance so internal teams can rely on clean information for operations, reporting, and compliance. The position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable handling repetitive, process-driven work with care.
Role & Responsibilities

 * Enter, update, and verify records across internal systems and spreadsheets.

 * Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents.

 * Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before entry.

 * Track missing information and follow up to resolve data gaps.

 * Support record retention, retrieval, and basic document control processes.

 * Assist with routine administrative tasks tied to records and data quality.

 * Flag discrepancies or errors to the appropriate internal contact for correction.
