## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * Extensive experience designing and implementing largescale Salesforce solutions.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
 * Experience with complex data modeling, security design, and performance optimization.
 * Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
 * Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) are required and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect credentials preferred.

## Description

* Lead the endtoend technical design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS) , LPI data model and custom applications.
 * Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and related systems.
 * Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures)
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
 * Provide technical guidance to development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to design principles and security standards.
 * Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
 * Conduct impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
 * Ensure optimized system performance, data integrity, security controls, and compliance (including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance).
 * Support deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, and environment management.
 * Serve as a subject matter expert during requirement workshops, design reviews, and solution validation.
 * Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
