Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity projects. Experience implementing CyberArk, SailPoint, or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) / Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project. Strong experience creating: o Project schedules o Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) o Resource plans o Budget forecasts o Milestone plans o Critical path analysis Experience managing RAID logs and project governance. Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating vendors and System Integrators (SI). Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. PMP Certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing CyberArk, SailPoint, or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) / Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Experience with Identity Governance, Access Management, or Cybersecurity infrastructure projects. Experience working in highly regulated industries such as Utilities, Energy, Financial Services, or Healthcare. Experience with enterprise PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and executive dashboards. ## Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a large enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) program. This role requires an execution-focused Project Manager who personally develops and manages detailed project schedules, work plans, resource plans, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting. This is not a Director or Program Management role. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing the day-to-day execution of complex enterprise technology initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise PAM implementation projects. Develop and maintain detailed Microsoft Project schedules. Create and maintain WBS, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path. Develop resource plans and project budgets. Track project financials and forecasts. Manage RAID logs, issues, assumptions, risks, and mitigation plans. Coordinate infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, application, and business teams. Conduct weekly project status meetings and Steering Committee meetings. Prepare executive dashboards and project status reports. Coordinate vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners. Ensure project deliverables meet scope, quality, schedule, and budget objectives. Manage change requests and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
