Working closely under the direction and mentorship of BI leadership and senior team members, the Associate learns to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models, developing foundational skills in Power BI, data modeling, and Microsoft Excel (including formulas and an introduction to VBA). The emphasis is on learning, supported execution, and steadily taking on greater responsibility over time. The Associate assists with internal reporting within CRM platforms and supports the team's data and automation work.
