* 3+ years of customer-facing end-user technology support experience.
 * High School Diploma or equivalent.
 * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
 * Experience with Mac/iOS systems.
 * Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and operating systems.
 * Experience with VoIP/telephony, audio/video, collaboration technologies, servers, and networking.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Ability to lead projects and work effectively in a team environment.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

We are seeking a Level III Desktop Support professional to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and project assistance for end-user technology, network equipment, servers, telephony, and audio/video systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, customer service, and leadership skills., * Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, and peripherals.

 * Lead and support complex IT projects, installations, and technology initiatives.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, telephony/VoIP, and audio/video issues.
 * Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and installation activities.
 * Work closely with customers, IT teams, engineering partners, and management.
 * Provide guidance on equipment standards and technology requirements.
 * Coach and mentor team members as needed.
 * Manage multiple projects while maintaining daily support responsibilities.
 * Prioritize and resolve customer issues within established service levels.
