This position contributes to the design, development, testing, documentation, and support of human-supervised software systems that assist with clinical research operations, quality improvement, administrative efficiency, and regulated healthcare workflows. The Developer I/II will help build software components that interact with browser-based clinical, research, and administrative systems; process screenshots and screen-based information; support computer vision and OCR-enabled workflows; prepare structured decision packets for human review; and translate complex operational workflows into reproducible software modules. This role is focused on responsible AI-enabled software development in a pediatric academic medical center. Tools developed in this role support supervised workflow automation, auditability, documentation, and operational decision support. They are not intended to replace clinical judgment, independently diagnose or treat patients, or perform autonomous clinical care.
