## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead data and knowledge initiatives within Lilly's SDnA organization, designing scalable systems to collect, organize, and share technical know-how across functions and regions. You'll transform fragmented documentation into a centralized, searchable knowledge repository with related processes and tools. Your work will boost efficiency, consistency, and risk management by making critical information readily accessible. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with a strong focus on advancing knowledge management at scale.
