## Description

Experteer Overview As Director of Desktop Engineering and Security, you will lead global desktop environments within IT Infrastructure, collaborating with the Technology team to implement, maintain, and support desktop systems. You'll shape device management, imaging, and policy enforcement while ensuring security controls across local and remote users. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to enable efficient, secure end-user computing across multiple offices. You will partner cross-functionally to drive reliable, scalable desktop capabilities in support of the firm's mission and hybrid work model.
