## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will operate and strengthen State Street's ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, focusing on reliable data and platform health. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and platform leadership to influence ITOM strategy while delivering day-to-day ITOM outcomes. The position centers on hands-on discovery, CMDB integrity, and issue resolution to improve service visibility. You'll join a senior, operationally-driven team that values timely, accurate ITOM services and governance.
