## Description

Experteer Overview Lead a software engineering team building SpektrBot, an AI-powered conversational data assistant for Amazon Advertising. You will ship core platform components, scale multi-domain integrations, and drive adoption across diverse partner teams. You'll mentor engineers, set technical direction, and ensure reliable, scalable production systems. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role with a strong focus on ML/AI-driven data access at scale.
