## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will own the technical evolution of clients' CRM ecosystems after go-live. You act as a dedicated technical lead for multiple live clients, translating business strategy into scalable configurations. You will manage a billable book of work while delivering remote professional services and serving as the primary SME for ongoing enhancements and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM usage, balance client timelines, and ensure architectural integrity. This is a high-impact, client-facing role within a mission-driven, Work Anywhere environment.
