## About the Role

* Proven experience in an IT support/help desk role, ideally including on-site support
 * Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, software applications, and network infrastructure
 * Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10 & Windows 11)
 * Experience with the M365 environment and Intune management

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience creating, testing, and deploying end-user software, images, and patches via Endpoint Management tools
 * Strong customer service mindset, with a track record of friendly, proactive end-user support
 * Experience developing and delivering end-user training and documentation

## Description

Our client is looking to add a Help Desk Analyst to their team. In this role, you'll serve as the final point of contact for end-user technical support, keeping hardware, software, and applications running smoothly while working hands-on with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Intune. *This role is a contract and is 5 days onsite in Westerville, OH*

This role offers real ownership: you'll own the technical support process end-to-end, drive root cause resolutions, and help build out the endpoint management and training programs that shape the entire end-user experience. It's a great fit for a support professional who wants to grow into process improvement and project work while making a visible, daily impact., Tech Breakdown

 * Windows 10 & Windows 11 desktop support
 * Microsoft 365 & Intune endpoint management

Daily Responsibilities

 * Serve as the final point of contact for end-user technical support, resolving hardware, software, and application issues at the root cause
 * Own and document help desk procedures, resolutions, and support issues
 * Implement, manage, and maintain Endpoint Management processes, including creating, testing, and deploying software, images, and patches
 * Manage end-user and new-user training, setup, and support
 * Proactively monitor systems for issues, identify improvement opportunities, and support new/upgraded product rollouts
