Desired Experience We encourage all candidates who meet the basic requirements to apply, even if you do not have any of the following experience: * Proficiency with GitLab for CI/CD pipeline management and version control. * Experience using Jira to track stakeholder requirements and manage project workflows. * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible. * Familiarity with monitoring tools to analyze system metrics and improve performance. * Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical workgroups. The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable. ## Description Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a DevOps Engineer who is considered an emerging authority in the field. In this role, you will be the engine behind our continuous delivery, designing and building solutions to deploy applications in customer-facing environments. You will apply extensive technical expertise to automate the operational aspects of our solutions via code, ensuring that our development, testing, and release activities are fast, secure, and reliable.
