Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. Education Requirements : * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Public Administration, Political Science, National Security Studies, Military Science, or a related discipline. * Masters preferred Desired Skills : * Experience supporting Department of Defense headquarters organizations. * Familiarity with Joint planning processes, capability development, or requirements generation. * Experience supporting senior executive or General/Flag Officer staffs. * Knowledge of defense acquisition, strategic planning, or capability integration activities. * Experience facilitating executive meetings and working groups. * PMP, DAWIA, JPME, or equivalent professional certifications are desirable. ## Description PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Defense Integration Subject Matter Expert to support our National Capital Region location. The selected candidate will support a Department of Defense customer in the National Capital Region - providing strategic planning, mission integration, and senior-level advisory support to Government leadership in the development, coordination, and execution of complex defense initiatives.
