Position Summary We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support a portfolio of enterprise applications that enable utility operations. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and support of business-critical operational systems used across multiple departments. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, working directly with internal stakeholders, and ensuring enterprise applications remain secure, reliable, and optimized. This position is best suited for someone with a broad systems administration background who can manage multiple applications, work independently, and partner with business users to continuously improve operational processes.
