Working knowledge of Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform (Boomi, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Celigo) - able to read/understand integration flows and communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. - Strong grasp of integration fundamentals: APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, authentication (OAuth), data mapping/transformation, and error handling patterns. - Proven experience running full project lifecycles - initiation through hypercare - with formal project management artifacts (project plan, RAID log, status reporting). - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive sponsors and working directly with developers on technical detail. - Experience coordinating UAT, defect management, and go-live cutover activities for integration or data projects., Workato certification (e.g., Workato Certified Professional) or equivalent iPaaS platform certification. - Hands-on experience configuring or troubleshooting Workato recipes, connectors, or the Workato API Platform/embedded workflows. - Experience integrating Workato with enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or SAP. - PMP, CSM/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification. ## Description Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects: project charter, work breakdown structure, timeline, resourcing, and budget tracking. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration design documents in partnership with solution architects and developers. - Maintain a working understanding of Workato concepts - recipes, connectors, triggers/actions, recipe lifecycle management, on-prem/cloud agents, error handling, and API platform (embedded workflows) - sufficient to lead technical conversations without needing a developer present. - Run project governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, RAID logs, change requests, and stakeholder communications. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including integration developers, QA/testers, client business analysts, and downstream application owners (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, SAP). - Facilitate requirements workshops and discovery sessions to scope integration use cases and data flows across source and target systems. - Manage UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and go-live/cutover coordination for Workato recipes and connected workflows. - Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, escalating scope, timeline, or resource issues before they impact delivery. - Support pre-sales activities: scoping calls, level-of-effort estimates, and proposal input for Workato and broader integration engagements. -
