* Experience testing complex web applications.
 * Hands-on automation experience using Java and TestNG.
 * Strong expertise in SQL and data validation.
 * Experience with Playwright.
 * Experience with workflow-driven test automation.
 * Experience with JMeter, WAPT Pro, or similar performance/load testing tools.
 * Experience with automated functional and regression testing.
 * Strong understanding of manual testing, defect management, and test documentation., * Experience with Jira and Zephyr Scale.
 * Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development/testing tools.
 * Experience with accessibility testing and standards.
 * Experience working with Texas state government agencies or Texas school systems.
 * Experience supporting grants or in-kind programs.
 * Experience leading or coordinating QA testing teams.
