## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Controls, or related Engineering discipline.
 * Spanish and English fluency.
 * 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the automation industry.
 * Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
 * Experience and familiarity with Robot (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, etc.) programming is desirable.
 * Experience with SolidWorks and MS Office Suite.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Travel Requirements

 * Up to 40%

## Description

ATI Industrial Automation is seeking a dynamic, proactive and bilingual (Spanish speaking) Application Engineer to manage our Tool Changer and Material Removal product lines. This role is a perfect fit for an individual with a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for robotics and automation. It is a remote role based in Texas covering the US and Mexico.

Primary Responsibilities

 * Provide product technical support to customers in the pre-sale and post-sale process
 * Accompany sales personnel on customer visits to identify new opportunities and assist in closing sales by providing technical expertise and product knowledge.
 * Conduct product demonstrations using Robots and presentations to showcase product capabilities at tradeshows, conferences, and customer sites.
 * Develop novel applications for ATI products using Robots and publish videos and application notes
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely fashion.
 * Use Salesforce for case management and customer support.
 * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive product and process innovation.
