Requirements * Experience administering Microsoft 365 and associated services such as Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, and Outlook. * Knowledge of endpoint management practices, including device deployment, provisioning, and support for Windows-based environments. * Ability to troubleshoot authentication problems, user access issues, and common application support incidents in a structured manner. * Familiarity with identity and access administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and permission management. * Background supporting enterprise IT environments that use tools such as Slack, Mimecast, Zscaler, and Cisco networking solutions. * Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10, and general desktop administration. * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a logical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical problems. * Additional value will be given to experience with Privileged Identity Management, BitLocker, cybersecurity hardening, or related security controls. ## Description Description We are looking for a Systems Administrator to provide hands-on support across modern workplace technologies and core IT operations in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who brings strong troubleshooting ability, sound judgment, and a methodical approach to supporting users, devices, and access management.
