Someone familiar with the installs, the complexities of server side administration, monitoring and automation in the server and experience with product administration (migrations, upgrades, managing datasource connections, etc). In this space, we d like to get someone with experience specific to the Cognos products. Experience in on prem installation and migration experience. Bonus if they have experience with other product sets such as Power BI, Teradata, Essbase, etc. Bonus if they have encryption experience and experience with automation. We d also like to focus on candidates with strong BI development experience with Cognos 12+ version specifically in complex reporting against TM1 cubes. A plus if they have PA experience as well. If they ve worked through Cognos migrations from one version to another or legacy PA to newer version, that is helpful too., * Advanced TM1 Modeling: 7+ years of hands-on experience building complex, multi-cube models with deep expertise in Rules, Feeders, and TI processes. * PA 2.1 Exposure: Familiarity with the architectural changes in Planning Analytics 2.x and its multi-threaded calculation engine. * Functional OCP Knowledge: Must be comfortable navigating OpenShift/OCP environments (logging in, checking pod status, viewing logs) to support your own development work. * Cognos Integration: Experience ensuring metadata and security synchronization between Cognos Analytics (12.x) and the TM1/PA back-end. ## Description We are seeking a Planning Analytics/Cognos Developer with expert-level TM1/PA modeling skills to join an existing project team migrating from Cognos 12.0.4 to 12.1 and TM1 2.0.9 to 2.1. While this role operates within an Open Container Platform (OCP) environment, your primary focus will be the integrity, performance, and modernization of the financial models during the transition to the "NextGen" engine.
