Experteer Overview As Lead Analyst, you drive HR-focused initiatives end-to-end within Disney's Enterprise Technology and HR Strategies & Services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to define objectives, create schedules, manage risks, and deliver high-value outcomes. You'll balance technical and functional HR knowledge to optimize operations and adoption of new processes. This role offers impact across programs, with visibility to senior leaders and a chance to shape transformational initiatives. You will lead with strategic acumen and deliver measurable improvements.
