## Description

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Platform Administrator II, you will provide advanced admin support across 11 statewide Salesforce orgs to deliver secure, high-performing solutions for agencies. You'll handle small to medium enhancements, user management, security, and governance in alignment with STS standards. The role involves collaborating with agency partners, vendors, and internal teams to translate business needs into Salesforce configurations. You'll stay current with Salesforce releases and push platform improvements to better serve Tennesseans.
