Etc.) Understanding or knowledge of "Least Privileged" access management methodology in line with Segregation of Duties /SOX guidelines Ability to lead and ensure proper communication, quick resolution and crisis management. Ensure adherence to policies and standards are executed at all levels. Ability to perform trend analysis, and identify and resolve incidents and access related issues quickly, as well as having the ability to troubleshoot/escalate access failures, identify root cause and fix issues. Fundamental understanding of risk management Attention to detail ## Description This role is open to new graduates but the ideal candidate has some IT access experience. Candidates with no professional work experience will not be considered. The Information Security Analyst will support the Information Security Identity and Access Management Operations department in executing the provisioning and de-provisioning of user access to applications and platforms. Daily responsibilities to include but not limited to: Provide daily metrics of IAM Operations ServiceNow ticket queue (Pending, Closed, In progress, Missed SLA, Team staffing) Monitor, review, assign, and complete task assignments using ServiceNow platform. Complete resolution of service catalog requests, including identification of the source of the request and the level of support required to complete request. If required, take manual approval from the respective approvers at client to complete the service request.
