Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, this role will lead the development and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, metric governance, operating rhythms, analytics, and insight-generation practices that enable visibility, accountability, and faster data-driven decisions. The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted partner to Business Unit, Regional, Functional, Digital, Data, and Supply Chain leaders to translate strategy into measurable performance outcomes, ensure consistent KPI definitions and scorecards, and advance the organization from reactive reporting toward proactive, predictive, and insight-led management. This role requires strong leadership, executive communication, cross-functional influence, and the ability to connect business priorities, data foundations, and management routines into a scalable global capability.
