## About the Role

* 2 or more years of experience in a technical support or help desk role
 * Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
 * Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems
 * Solid understanding of networking basics including VPN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
 * Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
 * Associate degree or relevant certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred
 * Experience supporting financial services or another regulated industry is a plus

## Description

* Respond to incoming help desk tickets, calls, and chats from employees nationwide
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
 * Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
 * Set up and configure new user accounts, hardware, and software
 * Administer Active Directory accounts, permissions, and password resets
 * Support VPN, VoIP, and collaboration tools for remote employees
 * Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
 * Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate second and third level support teams
 * Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
 * Follow security protocols to protect sensitive financial and company data
