## About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with strong React.js experience to design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, frontend development best practices, and the ability to transform wireframes and mockups into high-quality, production-ready interfaces., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.

 * 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
 * Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
 * Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design.
 * Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
 * Strong understanding of component-based architecture.
 * Experience working with RESTful APIs.
 * Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

## Description

* Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
 * Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into engaging UI designs.
 * Develop responsive web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
 * Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into reusable React components.
 * Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
 * Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
 * Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
 * Work closely with backend developers to integrate REST APIs.
 * Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
 * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, frontend technologies, and best practices.
