Preferred Qualifications * One or more years background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining * An understanding of RDBMS databases such SQL Server and Oracle. * In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework * Hands-on experience in creating and deploying KPI, analytic, and dashboard solutions including design, development, deployment, data engineering, data warehousing, and data management projects and practices. * Good verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. * Data engineering, analytics and systems subject matter expert on ERP and Manufacturing systems * Performance tuning stored procedures and ETL processes * Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports ## Description The BI Developer will work within SLC procedures to gather requirements, design, develop, test, document and maintain business intelligence solutions for the manufacturing site. The BI Developer will need to work with multiple data sources (i.e. Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, CSV, and cloud technologies) and they will be required to have strong SQL/Extraction skills for data retrieval and strong ETL/data modeling skills.
